A quiet product with a clear support boundary
EstateLedger does not collect estate records through a public contact form. Keep support questions separate from private estate data.
Do not send estate records through a public message. Use Export backup to preserve your work, and redact personal details from any product report.
Account support
Hosted accounts support email/password sign-in, explicit workspace upload, reload, sign-out, and account deletion. Email verification and password recovery are not enabled until a transactional mail provider is configured. See the account page for the current data boundary.
Before relying on a report
- Export a backup to a separate location.
- Reconcile entries against source statements and receipts.
- Confirm court deadlines, notices, and compensation rules with a qualified professional.
